Take this slip road and turn left onto Moor Road at the traffic lights
Go straight over next roundabout onto Shepherdson Way, over a railway bridge
Take the first exit off the next roundabout, bearing left onto Halyard Way

From the A1(M):
Directions from the North
Come off the A1(M) at Junction 59 and head into Darlington on the A167
Straight ahead for approx. 5 miles, go straight over at the traffic lights
Take the first exit off the roundabout bearing left
Carry on along there, take first exit off mini roundabout
Straight over at the traffic lights
Take the 2nd exit on the next roundabout
Take the 1st exit on the next roundabout
Carry on along the A66 for approx 13 miles until you come to the Riverside Stadium and Middlehaven turn off

Come off the A1(M) at Junction 57 towards Darlington on the A66
Take the first exit off the first roundabout towards Darlington
Take the 3rd exit off the next roundabout carrying on the A66 (Darlington Bypass)
Take the second exit on the next roundabout
Take the second exit on the next roundabout
Take the second exit on the next roundabout
Carry on along the A66 for approx 13 miles until you come to the Riverside Stadium and Middlehaven turn off

By Air
There are regular flights into Durham Tees Valley Airport and a taxi ride is approximately a 15 minutes journey.
By Train
Darlington is on the east coast main line and there are regular trains running between Darlington and Middlesbrough or alternatively there are direct trains to Middlesbrough from various locations such as York.
